The Return of Bow Chan...

She was one of my highlight students last year, the only kid that could actually talk to me.

When she left, the last thing she said was; "Don't forget me". She is very cute... she was the only kid that I got to say more than just hello, how are you? to...

Anyway, I said "Don't forget to write!" thinking, hey, that's the end of that.

Nope. I just got a little pink letter in my mailbox today.

She's all settled in at her new High School and she is doing wonderfully in her Kyudo club. I'm very proud of her, she's come a long way from being that sickly little girl last year that I really wish would have gone to Interactive Forum (I'm still bitter...).

Anyway, I guess I have a penpal (She insisted I write her back). It could be worse, at least she is writing to me in English... Though it seems like her English is degrading some (What are they teaching those kids in High school?!?).

It's just cool to have a kid write to me! It's like I really am making a difference in these kids lives. I'm not forgotten the moment they leave school.

That's pretty cool!
